Key Responsibilities
- Summary: Menu development of Kewpie products in line with company strategies direction to meet Kewpie Malaysias objectives. To develop new customers with Sales Team for business expansion.
- To support sales team design and construct menus and create new recipes to promote brand awareness according culinary channel.
- To support product training to internal team and external interest parties.
- To provide ideas and suggestions in new product development.
- To conduct culinary workshop for distributors, wholesalers, culinary school and events.
- To implement sampling & roadshow cooking demo.
- To monitor budget and expenses to ensure profit maximization.
- To coordinate and collaborate with sales team for business expansion to ensure sales target is achieved.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety.
- Develop new customers.
- Provide services to existing customers by visit, sharing ideas, menu and new products for sales growth.
- Costing sharing according the menu proposal for customer.
- Build up relationship with local bakery and pastry chef.
Skills & Experiences
- Diploma or Degree in culinary arts or hospitality management
- 2 years' experience in bakery culinary
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay
- Experience in menu and recipe development
- Willing to travel
