Degree with 5 to 7 years professional sales experience in high tech or service related industry with preferred successful software/hardware or licensing sales
Experience in Solution Selling with emphasis in strong account/territory management
Experienced in selling into Large Enterprise Customers and able to analyse sales performance metrics
Able to demonstrate experience in selling enterprise software/product/services/solutions is a strong advantage, with strong negotiation skills
Proven track record of consistently meeting sales/business objective and quotas
Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives and have solid personal presence to act as an effective influencer and negotiator at the most senior levels of client management
Highly self-motivated and result driven
Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
Achieve and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly basis in a rapidly changing and highly competitive marketplace
Focused on achievement of sales strategies and target through targeting key clients in the Large Enterprise commercial sector, identifying key decision makers and leverage opportunities to promote and sell ST Engineering products and services
Drive revenue generation and deliver significant value to clients through identifying opportunities within clients organization and gaining as in-depth understanding of client needs
Lead negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities
Effectively build and optimize long term, sustainable and profitable relationship with clients
Identify opportunities, present and sell ST Engineering products and service which are key for customers success
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and product (in relation to what ST Engineering products)
Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends such as electronics & electrical, aerospace, healthcare manufacturing, training, others and technologies initiative by develop proactive professional relationship
Submits accurate and timely forecast that are aligned with assigned sales quotas. Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision makers to drive sales process
