Diploma or Degree in Food Services Management / Food Management / Hotel Management / Restaurant Management or equivalent
Required skill(s): cashier, customer service, Food And Beverage Operation
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin and other language is an added advantage

Knowledge of handling coffee machine, milk temperatures, and different brewing methods.
Knowledge of milk techniques including foaming and latte art patterns.
Assist in preparation of hot food.
Handling cashier's responsibilities
General cleaning and tidying around the kitchen and counters, tray and waste collection points, tables, floors
Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
Checking that orders have been correctly delivered and charged for
Dealing with customer queries, requests and problems
Do closing for cashiers
Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
Checking the coffee machines regularly throughout the day keeping the machine and work area clean
Checking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, or behind the counter.
Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
Reporting maintenance issues
Prepares and sells coffee and other drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino etc.
Ensuring that the cafe environment is pleasant and welcoming in line with the image agreed
