Key Responsibilities
- Summary: You will be responsible for managing sales engineer team and directly reporting to a manager.
- Manage and monitor sales team.
- Plan and strategies sales and marketing activities to achieve sales target.
- Participate in tender submission and involve in technical problem solving related to product and process.
- Develop, present, respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products/services to customers and prospective customers.
- Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies and the latest product-line developments.
- Research and identify potential new markets and customers.
- Maintain sales forecasting reports.
Skills & Experiences
- Degree, Professional Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Min 3 years solid experiences in water treatment industry
- Fluent in English and Malay
- Management and mentoring experience
- Possess own transportation
