Key Responsibilities

  • To take responsibility in managing the Directors day-to-day administrative and operational matters
  • To make appointments, travel arrangement/VISA, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meeting, itinerary and general correspondence
  • To assist in organizing of in-house and external events/roadshows/activities/training etc.
  • To take on more job responsibilities when need arises
  • To Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  • To assist director for daily office activities or operations
  • To receive, direct and relay telephone and email messages.
  • To proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes

Skills & Experiences

  • Speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations.
