Skills and Requirements

Speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.

Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations.

Job Responsibilities

To take responsibility in managing the Directors day-to-day administrative and operational matters

To make appointments, travel arrangement/VISA, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meeting, itinerary and general correspondence

To assist in organizing of in-house and external events/roadshows/activities/training etc.

To take on more job responsibilities when need arises

To Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required

To assist director for daily office activities or operations

To receive, direct and relay telephone and email messages.

To proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
