Job responsibilities:

Prepare invoices & offer general staff support

To perform day to day general administrative tasks

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

Greeting and assisting interviewees onsite.

Supporting recruiting teams with clerical duties

Job Responsibilities

Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O"Level in any field.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply as well

No working experience required and training will be provided.

Be able to work collectively in a team.

Good command of Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Willing to learn and able to work independently

Computer literate on Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
