Key Responsibilities
- Accountant, Finance, Tax
- Bookkeeping
- Generate PO for suppliers, invoice for clients (SQL software)
- Generate Aging / Debtors report / Statement of Accounts and remind clients on outstanding payments
- Process staff claims and company director's personal claims
- Calculate and prepare monthly payroll, SOCSO, KWSP, LHDN, HRDF, WHT
- Prepare quarterly report to MSC (this requirement is ending soon)
- Renewing the company's FINAS, MIM, Censorship licenses
- Prepare payments via Maybank2u as Maker and management will approve as Checker
- Prepare and assist Company Secretary, Auditor and Tax Agent for yearly submission
- Handle company director's personal income tax declarations and submission
- Able to strategise and advise as a creative accountant in expenses and tax issues for the benefit of the company and directors
- HR
- Handle staff attendance reports, welfare, etc.
- Handle documentation in terms of employment letters, contracts, suppliers, etc.
- Upkeep of office and supplies
- Handle staff disciplinary issues/conflicts
- Implement and uphold company policies
- Handle food and beverages for client meetings in office premises and also for staff consumption
- Oversee and assist office cleaner lady/cook in cleaning and cooking supplies
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounts, Admin, HR, and Tax.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounts or Finance.
- Experience with company tax.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, excellent initiative, and ownership.
