Mandarin Speaking Account Manager

Job Description

The Account Manager is fully responsible to monitor the organisation's cash flow and manages liquidity. An ACCA holder with exposure in MNC business reporting would be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing Accurate, Relevant, and Insightful Financial Information and Analysis to our Stakeholders.
• Implement controls to identify, monitor, and report, liquidity, or capital risks in accordance with the Bank's Risk Framework and regulatory requirements.
• Assure that the End-to-End Control Framework is in place and functioning properly to ensure trade completeness, accuracy, and valuation.
• Assisting the Bank in meeting its commercial, regulatory, and stakeholder obligations.
• Business Unit Reporting  - two different sets of accounts for two companies.
• Inter-Company Reconciliations and Clearance two companies.
• Group Reporting- to the HQ In Japan.
• Risk Reporting & Controls relate to financial statement and forex.
• Acquiring the knowledge of inventory management and avoid shortages and excesses of stock.
• Communication with all related person.
• Miantain up-to-date knowledge on company objectives, production strategies and support activities.
• Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies

Skills & Experiences

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification
• 5 years experience in full set account, especially in treasury, forecast and foreign exchange
• Exposure to MNC business reporting
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Accounting experience from manufacturing
