Key Responsibilities
- Establish a Standard Operation Procedure for the accounting tasks as guideline for operations
- Handle few startup companies and business operations (moderate load)
- Oversee the entire finance function of the companies (monthly, quarterly reports)
- Compliance with local laws, accounting standards and latest financial developments affecting the Company
- Overall responsibility for statutory audits, taxation and tax field audits.
- Cost control and management accounting responsibilities for The Companies
- Alert on changes in laws and quickly assess the implication of such changes on the Company; to action changes on processes and systems to adapt
- Ensure on-time applications or renewals, tax estimate filings, tax/ SST payments
- Ensure monthly accounts are issued on-time and with accuracy
Skills & Experiences
- Min 2 years working experience as an Accountant managing full set accounting and SST submission
- Mature and able to think critically, while being flexible
- Fluent in business English to liaise with clients
