Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation / configured solutions includes OS for our solutions such as business analytics, reporting, budgeting and planning, business scenario modelling and financial consolidation
- Be accountable for end to end processes for all project deliverables
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients IT project team
- Manage project risk, timeline and profitability in a systematic way to deliver solutions on time, within the budget and agreed scope with high focus on QUALTIY and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Conduct Technical trainings to end users /customer
- Install Configure MSSQL / DB2 database and network configuration knowledge will be highly preferred . Added Advantage Windows Shell scripting, Advanced Excel and Batch Scripting skills
- Excellent at Troubleshooting and fast learner
Skills & Experiences
- At least Diploma in IT or Business Applications
- Minimum 4 years experience in troubleshooting, configuration, installation and supporting on Enterprise applications such as Financial systems/ CRM/ ERP/ DataBases/ BI Tools
- Has knowledge in MSSQL / DB2 database and network configuration
- Open to locals and expat
