Under the theme of "Fair Careers", Seekers is creating a new job ecosystem that is in tune with modern society.

The company provides systems and support to the three key players in the new ecosystem: employers, job seekers, and recruiters, as follows (as of January 2021)

Employers (appx. 2,000 users)

By developing the Seekers Recruitment System (SRS) and providing support, we aim to create the most efficient recruiting environment in the modern era.

Job Seekers (appx. 50,000 users)

By developing and providing support for the website and JobFinder app, we aim to create an environment where people can get job offers even if they are not looking for a job and are less likely to make mistakes in their careers.

Recruiters (appx. 23,000 users)

We are developing a recruiter app and training freelance recruiters to make money from anywhere with just one smartphone. The goal is to create a concrete way for the world to make free career choices.
