Job Description
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a team of digital marketing professional and overseeing daily operation to ensure the company is functioning effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Essentials:
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for clients that align with their business goals and objectives.
- Managing and supervising a team of digital marketing professionals, including managers in Digital marketing, influencer marketing and production, SEO and digital creative team.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
- Ensuring the agency's digital marketing services are up-to-date and in line with industry standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the agency's services and that the agency is maximizing profits from each client.
- Daily:
- Managing multiple client accounts and ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Managing divisions within the agency, such as creative and account management teams, to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions to clients.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and applying this knowledge to develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Conducting regular team meetings, performance reviews, and mentoring team members to foster professional development while also maximizing their contribution to the agency's profits.
- Primary:
- Developing and reporting the divisional profit and loss report to CEO.
- Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive results for clients.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while also maximizing profits from each client.
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and are profitable.
- Analyzing data to track campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for brands profitability.
- Others:
- Managing and leading teams of digital marketing professionals to deliver profitable campaigns.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluating their potential profitability for the agency.
- Conducting research and analysis to develop insights and recommendations for clients that are profitable for the agency.
- Contributing to the agency's marketing and business development efforts while also maximizing profits from these efforts.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor Degree in marketing or business administration
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing and 3-5 years in a leadership role such as a marketing manager or director
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Ready to travel within Klang Valley
- Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and influencer marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics and experience analyzing data to optimize campaigns and drive results
- Experience managing and leading teams of digital marketing professionals and a proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage budgets, resources, and profitability of campaigns
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients and competing priorities
