Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services to clients. You will identify potential customers, establish relationships, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to build a pipeline of prospects
- 2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Present products or services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the offerings.
- 3. Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- 4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
- 5. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- 6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software or other tools.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to provide insights to management.
Skills & Experiences
- Proven 2 experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and events.
